I dont know what the big fuss is about. I'd still be a bluenose if we were in the Blue Square Premier. I'd look past the negatives and towards the cheaper shirts and ticket prices. :dancer:

:applause:

Exactly, dont care who plays for us, i support the badge and the team. :dancer:

I have remained hugely positive and have decided to get behind the board, management, players, etc,etc.........

But I really am at a complete loss over the Foster situation. Yes, I understand we can save on his wages and maybe bank a million quid, but with an option to buy at the end for four or five million quid??? Now, that baffles me??? When we bought him, his reputation was slightly jaded and we gave him a platform to rebuild his reputation and prove everyone wrong at a reported cost of six million?? He had been outstanding and yet we are looking to move him on at a loss?? I just don't get it, and for the first time since the relegation, I am feeling despondent :(

What makes it worse is that unless CH has someone lined up, we really only have someone who I consider to be one of the worst keepers I have witnessed as a Blues fan, in Colin Doyle.
The guy is truly shocking in my opinion, and I know it's only my opinion, but I guess this is why I feel the possible departure of Foster so much :(

I have looked forward to this season so much, just from a footballing point of view, but the thought of Doyle in goal is horrific. If Foster does go, I really hope CH has something up his sleeve.

wouldn't go as far as saying the worst i'd seen given the likes of hansbury and gosney + the legend that is bart grimenk. however he's not up to the standard i'd expect for a Npower league keeper.

for a big fella he's stuck to his line more than taylor even was. if anyone has a doubt about this checkout the video of Cov and Sheff Wed in the cup last season, woeful.

even jerome would net past this guy.

I think there is a difference between someone who is negative and the majority of people who are really worried and concerned about our clubs sorry state of affairs and its survival.
If this Foster situation is true, then I just dont see how you can't be upset and disappointed.
It will be interesting to see how many who are "positive" now, are still as positive and happy if we start leaking goals, knowing that Foster is in the Baggies net just down the road, just for the sake of saving a million quid.
The truth is if it wasn't for Foster we would have been reledated long before we was and we probably wouldn't have lifted the cup.
Its without doubt having Foster in our side or not in our side next season will have just as great an impact.

Dont accuse me of being negative, I never boo my Team, Manager or the Board. I always support my team and applaud them off the pitch.
But at this moment in time, with the on going events since we won the cup, I sure as hell have the right to feel let down and disappointed

Why are people so down on Doyle? I think he did a good job before for us a fizzy pop level, remember saves at wolves? Give the guy a chance!

I'm expecting the "Keep Ridgewell at all costs"- - threads soon. :D

We know who the vultures want. Foster, Dann, Jerome, Zigic.

They've got 3 high earners out so far, for money, and off our wage bill.
And Blues have let the other high earners leave.

We knew this would have to happen. It does to every relegated club

Everyone at West Ham is up for sale ( few takers so far) but there will be, the closer to August 31st we get. Blackpool had to sell their engine room duo - basically for peanuts.

We did it quick, and got the market rate - NO FIRE SALE.

Once Scott plays a few games and shows he is nearly 99% again, he could be our trump card in terms of incoming money.

We know who has to go, and I'm surprised we got anything for Alex's voice in the dressing room. But £700k comes in useful, plus £30k a week off the wage bill.

Whats wrong with wanting to keep Ridgewell?
He in my opinion is one of the players i would hate to see leave

So now we are using West Ham as the bench mark are we, a club that is 100 million in debt and run by Sullivan.

Why not use Newcastle, who kept their best players and bounced straight back, so not every relegated club sells. they gave our manager the best chance of getting them straight back up, why shouldn't I expect the same?

Funny because i am sure if Sullivan and Gold had got us into this mess while they were at Blues there would have been mass demonstrations for them to go.

I never wanted Yeung to take over my club, because I knew we would end up in this situation, but I accepted he was here and supported him.
There are so many people on here that welcomed him, because they wanted Gold & Sullivan out at any cost, well we are now paying the cost.

I like everyone else have to accept the situation, but that dosn't mean I have to like it and I am sorry but your arguments why I should are not good enough.

Yeung promised us supporters we would move forward the truth is he has sent us back 15 years.
Sorry but I feel gutted and let down again

Who the hell are you to tell me to support someone else, when i go to every home game and more away games than most, will you be at midweek away games, because I will.
To insult me, shows what an ignorant fool you are.

I am Norwichbluenose and have an opinion.
I to go to a lot of games and even have a season ticket, only tend to miss the north east game as a rule, mainly due to the distance.
But if you ever want a lift to an away game just ask happy to help out.
as for insulting you get a life all i said was learn to spell you spell sense with only 2 s'

I'm fed up with all the talk about the owners now.

Come on Bluenoses, we've got the best manager in the league with a footballing philosophy that far surpasses McJudas; one of the best, if not the best squad in the league; and we've got rid of the want away players and brought in good quality replacements with the passion to play for and succeed at our club.

There's nothing we can do as fans to find a short term fix to the problems at board level, but come on, we should all be excited about what will be happening on the pitch next season.

And if you're not, see you in the Premier League 2012/13.

Sorry mate but that's just blind optimism...

We have a paper thin squad with three of our four strkers injured and unlikely to make the start of the season.

We are not selling our best players - it's become apparent that the owner will sell any player with a cash value.

We have no money, no incoming talent and TBH no hope of going back up.

I have a friend who is a very well connected Vile fan. After the kit launch, he was speaking to the Vile directors and McTurd and they are "Very, very concerned about the situation over at the Blues".

Things are so bad that even our worst enemies are losing sleep over it! Crisis doesn't seem sufficient to describe the mess we are in.

Best squad in the league?
If today was the day after the window closes maybe I would agree and be able to share your enthusiasm.
But you know this will not be the case, our squad will be nothing like this as the window closes.
Normally we all wait for the deadline, with anticipation who will come in, this time we will be cringing at who we will let go at the 11th hour

Have to agree with this, its very worrying indeed,
Its no use hiding from it,
As I said loads of times ,until we actually BUY a player im not sure if we will be up there challenging next season,
Thats not moaning ,thats how it is.
For the blue tints its like denying we were going to be relegated ,Even though it was on the cards for months.
Now they are saying everything is rosy. When clearly there is a problem.

Blackpool got 9 million for Adams and Vaughan went for nothing as he ran his contract out.......

If West Ham were to sell there midfield duo Parker and Noble they should get at least 10 million minimum (they have also bought Nolan as well for CASH and they have bigger debts than us)

Our midfield duo raised 5.2 million if Blackpool got peanuts what does that mean we got?

Look lads we all love the club,
people are bound to be worried and start panicking,
i'm worried but excited by the new team yes we need more players, we don't know yet if pannu's got new investers lined up, but we have to draw a line somewhere and i think that line for me is if foster goes for less than ten mil and definately that 1mil loan deal, till then i'm happy with what we have and maybe 3 incoming young players, not ranger lol
